Curious to know what Room 29 does between 8:45-3:30 each day? Here is a sneak peek into what we are currently studying in each subject.
This year we study multiplication and division stories, fractions, decimals, area, perimeter and more.
During this time block we learn about science or social studies. For example, in science we would read about a new topic, do an experiment and then write about it.
This is the time students can pick to work on writing/typing, listening to reading or reading to self. During this time I'm either working with a small group, testing a student or conferencing. This is my favorite part of the day because I love introducing students to new books.
