About the Teacher

"It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge."

Albert Einstein

After spending many years teaching my stuffed animals and dolls I thought it was finally time to move on to teaching actual people and I could not have asked for a better age group to teach.  When not at Toquam, I enjoy living in Stamford but of course I'll always be drawn back to my childhood home in Newtown.  Newtown is home to several farms, a $2.00 movie theater and most importantly....home cooking.  Other times I can be found on the beach in Chatham, Cape Cod or visiting my best friends.

My husband John and I live in Norwalk.  We have a son named Elliot.  He was born in early 2020.

P.S. That's Jiggly Puff in my picture.  And yes she is named after the pink pokemon! She's the world's greatest cat.  I also have two other cats named Panda Puff and Winnie. #meow.
